Cane Creek Headset Bearings?

Getting an integrated deck soon from my mate (not saying which one because if i do people will go like oh that decks shit get this get that)
and i heard that u need bearings for integrated decks, but not the whole headset? (correct me if im wrong please)

if they are bad then please suggest a better one, with similar price range (i dont need the best bearings ever i just want decent ones that spin well)

An integrated headtube does need a whole headset, it just does not have any cups to press in as it sits right into the headtube. But that headset should be good.
