i have about a cm of room between the cup and headtube and it wont bude is it supposed to be like that

Put it in a vice and tighten it or go to a bike shop. And no, it's not supposed to be like that. Don't ride it like that.

hammer it with wood, sit on your deck and smack it with a 2 by 4, but done hit one side at a time, make sure the wood is distributed evenly.

I've been riding my s 1 like that for a month or so and its just fine

uhm why does my headset keep coming loose ? i installed it and btw i have threaded fork annd if i tighten too much it dont spin.
