Usually 2500 f/5.4 ISO 400 WB:sunny works for me in the day

I like to stick to 1/250th, ISO 100 with 60fps for riding clips. 1/125th for non-riding clips. I hate the affect of using such a fast shutter speed when filming fast moving objects. If I want a shallow depth of field I will use my Lightcraft Fader ND MkII.
