I'm not sure I understand what's wrong with your spacer, so this may not work, but have you tried this method? http://www.scooterdad.com/article/removing-bearings-from-metal-core-wheels

my spacer in the wheel is a little bit bent, and the axle doesnt fit.thats not the main reason. the bearings just dont move an millimeter

If you don't mind screwing your bearings, grab a tent peg and mallet and smash them out.

using Echo's method you can also tap around the clock so that you apply pressure all the way around:

Start at 12, hit it with the mallet
3, another hit
6 again
9 again

keep doing this rotation until the bearing starts to come out.

and as mentioned you may just have to sacrifice the bearing.
