Can't get my scooter dialed

Chuck a real bolt up in there (Replace the axle with a real bolt) , make sure you chuck a nyloc nut on it too, or use loctite or something.

It's most likely your brake though.

If your wheels aren't ovalized pop one of the bearings out just enough so that when you squeeze the 2 inner spacers of both bearings your wheel spacer inside wiggles around. Don't know if that was confusing but it works 100% of the time. I'm a dialed freak so gotta get that sounding like a basketball

Can't say I understood that, you mean just push out one of the bearings out a little bit? Wouldn't that make the spacer rattle around?

changing the bearings might help you may have done something too the bearings it has been the case for me a few times
