haha why would you pay to do it. if its the cups all you have to do it put a flathead screwdriver inside the headtube on the little ridge in between the headtube and cup. then take a hammer and hit the other side of the screwdriver hard. it should come out pretty easy with stock cups.
Na it doesn't, I did that on a razor pro fork with a locknut tighter than... something really tight and it came off easy and didn't bend at all. I used a towball holder thing on the back of a car though....
This is what i did. You weld the inside of the headset cup making it expand and then when it cools just hit it a few times with a hammer and a bit of metal it falls out. YOU CAN NOT USE THE HEADSET AGAIN AFTER THIS
