Capturing footage?

Would it be possible to capture footage one one computer, put it on a flashdrive, then put it on another computer without sacrificing quality? My computer is really slow and I dont think it would be very easy to capture video on it.

You probably could by doing like, a few clips at a time. That way you wouldn't have to compress them. I could be wrong, but I think it would work.

Capture your clips in AVI format to your hard drive, copy to flash drive, put on the other computer... its no big deal. Transferring files does not down quality. You can just burn them to a DVD as a data disk also.
