i have trouble with capturing i have a samsung sc-d353 and i installed th esoftware and when i click capture it says there nothing connected to the the computer i have the camera in play mode

u should need a firewire thats what was wrong with mine when it said the same thing and i used usb now i use firewire

thats what ive been told but my camera came with an editing program why would it give me one if i coulkdnt edit with usb .. idk

My camera came with an editing program, and like every camera does. USB capturing is shit, so i wouldn't even bother trying to get it to work.
