so yeah
i got a alpine cda 9884 head unit
and there was no way 2 12's would fit in my trunk so i tried just one 12" alpine type E in a smaller box but still didnt fit lol, so im gonna figure that out tomorrow probably cause i dont know if i want a sub in my backseat
and then i got a 1200w sony amp for dirt cheap

this thread will probably die anyway but i got them installed yesterday
2 10" rockford fosgate subs powered by a 1200w sony amp
i was surprised cause it actually hits harder than i thought it would
now i just gotta fix my license plate cause it rattles even when its turned all the way down, cause it only has two bolts on the top and none on the bottom

Niceeee. My friends Grand Am (yuck) that i put subs in does the same thing with the license plate, i never fixed it for him though.

My cousin has 2 10" pioneer subs hes gonna sell me for $30 still in the box, ill probably get them off of him on xmas. My old Xtants need to be retired.

fixed the license plate and nothing rattles now.
a milli hits fucking hard haha my ears ring after.

nice my subs just randomly toped working i think a wire got lose to i have to rewire it on my spare time fucking sucks

Sounds better when you point the subs toward the back seat IMO...

I have to leave mine like that cause thats the only way they fit, and i mounted my amp on the bottom of the subs anyway.
