Good Idea, but it's already been thought of by the guys at razor. It would be mando light and still strong as Al, but i don't know about you, but I like a little weight on my scooter. I'm not a weight freak, or ride a "Tank Scoot", my scoot is no more than 10 lb. But I think 80 oz. (5 lb.) is too light. Again good idea tho, thinking physics like, i can tell.

Also, you guys realise the ultralite deck/headtube isnt 100% carbon fibre. The headtubes are aluminium with a carbon wrap over it. And the deck is similar.
