ive been hearing lots of different opinions about them, so i was just wondering if any1 cud give me a thorough idea of how good these one piece bars actually are

Sam Carter broke his pretty fast and even though they were "garunteed", he emailed them for a replacement and they didn't email him back -JDBen.
