Cheap Scooter good brand?

Hey my mate wants to buy a scooter but he wants it to be cheap. By scooter i mean like razor or modded ones already done up. He wants it cheepish can you please give some tips on where to look.

get a madd gear from k mart.
LOCK.
they are really strong and light so they are perfect for beginners.
btw use the search bar next time. instead of making a thread.
also don't put scooter in your name because it is obvious you scooter.
