cheapest and best way to reinforce bars

I have some stainless steel bars. what is a good cheap way to reinforce them so i don't have to worry about bending them. note that i will get an engineering shop to do it so what do i ask for?

ye thats wat I thought, but apparently that costs like $120 to do with labour and materials and all

Get a tight fitting tube and hammer it through the crossbar, then just weld it at the ends.
Same way you reinforce a fork tube, but more legit.

cut out the reinforcement tabs yourself and have them welded
