Why tell people how to make them?
You could just reinforce the fork tube like this ] except you could use a solid bar of something instead of a hollow tube. Other then that, those forks look solid!Nick Darger-951 said:

You know what else, your fork could eliminate the need to buy new forks for different size wheels. Just get longer or shorter bolts and presto! Also, these definatley look stronger then stock forks, as it is harder to bend a bolt then it is to bend a thin sheet of aluminum.
In any case, tell us how to make it or where to buy it! I dont see how they could improve any more, unless you added like a grenade launcher or something.

You should get thicker, threadless fork tubes. and figure out a way to make compression.
