Basically what happened, he had 2 phoenix scs's. He was supposed to give me the better one. When I got the scs, the top hole was completely ------- and all the others were messed up. The things a peice of shit. I gave it to my friend for buying me del taco haha. And when he tried riding it, he dropped into an 8 foot quarter and his bars fell off, and he fucked his face up on the floor.

This is true, but Chris dont be a unlegit ------. Ive been ripped off twice on here and i hate people who cant keep a deal, especially online.

He either needs to ship you what he originally agreed to ship you, or ship you the SCS back. He can't keep the SCS and then not hold up his end of the bargain. It isn't a matter of what he would RATHER give you because your SCS isn't in the condition he thought it would be, it's still the fact that he accepted your item so he's obliged to give you what he agreed to give you.

So Chris, either just send his god damn SCS back, send him the Epic forks, or send him the LS and the RAD fork. Seriously, it's understandable that you're mad about the SCS being ----- but that doesn't give you the right to fuck him over however you see fit.
