what size clamp do i need to get so i DONT have to stretch it to fit buffs? if i get a 1 and 1/8 will it fit without stretching?

Just stretch one or brign your bars to your local bike shop and get one that fits.

1 1/8 if the size of your forks you need one that is 1 3/8 or 1 1/4
