cleaning a headset?

well i need to clean my fsa since its making nose so what can i use to clean it and is there a video on how

Just lube it up with White Lithium. It can be found at most autopart stores.

When putting the White Lithium ( which usually is in a black and green tube ) make sure to get out as much of the old grease/lube. If not, the mixture could mess up the bearings. Read the back of the tube for exact directions

Take the headset apart. Get something that will hold alcohol (to clean the bearings and parts).
I typically get one of the cups that come on the huge jugs of laundry detergent.

Put each part in one by one, switch the parts around so that the alcohol can get to every surface of the parts. Take each part out and dry it with a rag.

I use 3in1 oil to lubricate my parts. It's not super thick, but it gets the job done. I even put a thin coat of oil on the race of my fork.

i dip them rapidly in a bowl of water, swish them around alittle then spin them until the water gets out while blowdrying them.

carborator cleaner does the trick it has high pressure coming out of the can so it gets it all out and it eats up grease and dirt then just put a bunch of grease and yooh should be fine
