I've done them ~20ft, but that's just on flat. There's a pad I've been thinking about doing and tried a few times but it's really hard.

That ground isn't really slippery, it's just cement. I know at the end for the last 1/3 or something I was leaning back really hard so the wheel was barely sliding on the ground.
