News Update:
24 year old mexican man was caught and arrested charged with a 3rd degree felony. That mother fucker made no attempt to stop for the poor kid.

I fucking hate that, stuff like this pisses me off. To me, thats a prime example of a crooked system. Whether Aaron was in the crosswalk or not, this guy killed an innocent person. Hell get what he fucking deserves.

i agree like he could have stopped or even called but he kept going thats super fucked up if he would have slowed down a little bit he probley would have still been alive

The park he was riding too "Serenity Rideshop" held a car wash for him and raised $8,700 for his family. His funeral is next week.

Hey ish happens. Could've been a total accident. The guy probably panicked and jetted. However that's just wrong, you shouldn't run when you injure someone, you should try to help them. I can't see him getting off scott free because of that alone, as it's morally wrong and legally wrong. You get into ANY accident, you stay put.

I'm sure this driver will never forget that, gonna be in his head for the rest of his life. 11 is just way too young to go, that's really, really sad. Sorry for your loss Derek, hope you're doing alright man.

That sentence is the most important part of what youre saying. Accident or no, the dickbag shouldve stopped, as a good person, he shouldve stopped. No matter how panicked you are, if something like this happens, anyone should be smart enough and have enough of a concious to know to stop. Im only defending this because my cousin was getting into his car and was killed by a drunk driver 4 years ago. The guy took off and they never found him.

On the brighter note, its awesome that they had the car wash for him and raised that much money. Its always cool when you hear about stuff like that and you know for a fact its for a good cause.
