Dude honestly, a clothing company is based solely from the amount of credit you have. People buy clothing from people who have already made a name. You would be more likely to run a successful scooter business than to sell clothing. Unless there are people backing you up who are complete shredders, it probably isn't the best idea.

I completely agree with you though I have seen some people who have made it big based only on their designs, in saying that the designs they had were aamazing and there marketing was to shabby either!
