my razor pro folding mech was alright a week or so ago,
only jiggling because of the loose headset,
but now the problem has worsened,
and my bars jiggle a fuckload,
i think some of my bolts have worn the metal on my foldy
making the folding mech less tight
does anyone have a solution
or any ways i could lessen the shaking

tighten those bolts as tight as u can go. and take off the lil plate thing in front that is held on by 2 bolts. you want the rails to squeeze the headtube. you could have headset wobble too

thanks man you helped solve my problem, my bolts had just gradually come loose which had made my bars jiggle, in that the bolts werent putting any pressure into holding everything tightly, now to solve my problem with my loose headset, i cant tighten it, so my shit jiggles

i'd rather stay with my old headset, as im trying to fix it, and not buy a new one, and i m pretty sure its rusted into place
i cant even tighten it with a big ass spanner, would wd40 do anything

dont use wd40 for your headset since it will degrease ur bearings. put the nuts to keep ur headset tight in a vice and crank on ur fork

stock razor headsets come pretty tight, just get someone jacked to monkey wrench it loose. And there shouldnt be much headset wobble on a threaded headset.. :\ could be fucked.

sorry for the bump, but yeah its so ------- tightened as much as possible, so tight that not even i, a 13yearold can loosen or tighen it, the bottom part thats like a ring spisn, but everything else is tight, rusted headsets 4 life
