Comp Help

Ok, I just downloaded a game from a torrent and it has a folder "Install CD" and it has 4 files, a .cue, .ccd, .img and a .sub

I have no idea what to do next. Windows cant open eather file.

The game has four disks and each disk folder has the same four files in it.

Is there a program I need to get in ordor to play the game?

Opend the .cue with a program like Nero or Alchohol 120% and it will burn the file to a cd.. or i think a program like magiciso will open the .img file like an archive and you can extract the files

Haha I thought you need someone to help you get to the xwheels comp or something.

You can use any program that has to do with burning cds, and thus reading images.

Is that one file a .img or .iso? If its iso deffinatly just get magiciso and extract the files if you have the harddrive space.

its an img but I used magiciso and extracted them all. I tinstalled the game and I pressed new game (its Final Fantasy VIII) and it says to put in disk one. Of corse, im out of black cds now.. damnnn This has been downloading for a full week and now I have it but cant play it.

I reopened this thread because i need some help with my comp too. (it's a "Comp help" thread huh?)

Well, can anybody help me with this thing that since i got my new comp, i have to click on every activeX control on the page (java, flash) to activate them before i can use them. Usually when i go to a page that contains activeX content, for example the news-page of SR, when i hover my mouse on the youtube flash, then there appears a light box around the flash and shows me the text to "click to activate" etc.

I know that should be more secure but it is ANNOYING. Any suggestions? (i haven't found a way yet how to disable it, am i blind or what?)

but if you dont want to switch, check the tools > internet options > secuirty time and you could either slide the bar to like low or make a custom level where active x is allowed.
