OK so my bars are 18 tall i know small. so when i get scs i dont want to cut them. i want them to be like 20 with the shim. my friend said put a fork tube inside the bars and it will work but my other friend said it would break. : /

if your bars have slits and you dont want to cut them, tape up a forktube until it fits snug in the bars and then put your scs on.

Yeah i put a forktube inside it. But then my friend says the bars will snap.i think ill be fine but wait what with the taping it up? i jammed the forktube in the bars and its snug.

kk thanks. i have a scorcher. if that makes a difference. But the fork itself wont fit in the bars because the fork tube is in there. does that matter for scs?
