Compression idea

just like inwrd compression with the loop thing except go all the way into the crosspeice and have a bolt through the cross peice acting as bar ends. this would require a hole in the crossbar before welding.

i dont think its a good idea, 1 weight added for no real reason

2 it wouldnt work for all bars

3 the bolt used too hard,u need different sizers for different bars

4 ryan from aus scooter products has tryed it its a fail project

5 just point less

6 u will have have a bolt inside the cross bar which would have to be welded in then u can fk it & compression gone

7 you could make the thread for the bolt in the cross bar removable but still more weight added, the star nut inverted system is the best way at the moment in my opion

narh, not worth it, that much length in the bolt would lead to bending etc, basically you wouldn't get any responsiveness out of the compression. SCS. Nuff said.

lmao my idea:

freeze the bars, heat the fork, bars shrink, fork expands, compresses?

actually i think my idea is rubbish xD
