compression problem?

i just got inward bars and forks and i got a bike shop put in the starnut and they did it to my slayers too, worked fine. but for some reoson when i tighten my compression the starnut just slides downi wanna ride please help.

its either a wrong sized starnut or the person who installed it is stupid

my guesse is its the wrong size though, a normal star nut is 1 1/8 and your star nut must be an OVERSIZED starnut which is 1 1/4

nah cuz i got the bolt compression with my bars and fork from inward.

do bike-stores sell the oversized ones?

Sounds like its to small, so bright it back to the bike shop with your scooter and tell them to give u one that is the next step up in size and install it for you, and before u leave the shop test it out and see if it worked or not, if that does not work that there is something else wrong! :/
