this is a warning to everybody on SR that a worm is going to be activated April 1 at 12:00 AM. if you don't know what a computer worm is then use Google but otherwise it is a terrible thing for your computer.

i suggest to you all that you run a windows update and if your comp isn't already equipped with a antivirus software, you should try to look into one

it wont help to not use the computer because if the file is already hidden on your computer now then it will just activate once you get online

I think it's just a big hoax. If they know it'll be activated by a specific time, wouldn't experts track it down and prevent it?

It could be a hoax, it could not. There is someone controlling it and they can activate it whenever they choose.

I used windows update to make sure my comp is updated, and i downloaded AVG anti virus, and scanned my computer to remove any previous viruses or trojans....and im not using my comp tomorrow.
