Only? That's the whole resi part lol.
And we went on it a week ago, it's slippy as fuck, especially if you land into the transition.
If you come off your scooter you will just slide down on your feet.

They built the new street...
Its OK i guess, nothing to sing and dance about though.
also the "Resi" isnt new, people barely use it now...
The resi is a box, it is shiit, they have a resi halfpipe, it is too big, unrideable and shiit, they have a new street, that is pretty shiit, they have wasted a fair amount of money for what they COULD have done with it.
