'CRINKLY' bearings

when I installed my bearings into my VertX wheel they've gone all crinkly which means that when i spin them they are much slower than before and i installed them properly with a spacer but did have to remove one and re install it but i was wondering if it will sort itself out with use or not as otherwise new bearings are wasted. also does it matter at all when bearings go wobbly after a while or not?

1. its just vertx wheels bearing slot are super tight. just give them a few days it will go away.
2. kinda it can make your wheel wobble if they do it alot

moved the spacer and hammerd them out, what other good way is there?

They are and still make the crinkly thing, btw i havent ridden the wheel its for my new setup and will hopefully make itself ok after a bit of riding

soak them in hydrochloric acid or turps and leave them afew mins. then pull them apart and let them dry, then get some engine grease and rub so much in there that it wont spin, then put them back into ur wheel WITH spacers and tighten the shit outta them and do afew hill bombs, it makes bearings feel soooo smooth, its heaven
also try riding without the cases, it doesnt weaken the bearing it just makes them more vulnerable to dirt, the cases will rub the bearing if bent and make a 'crinkly' noise

if you take the bearing apart wont it stretch the cage and make the bearing wobble?

didnt to mine, mine became wobbly from ALOT of riding and just wore out, then they popped.
