Crown races are impossible to put on Striker forks

ok, i have been messing around with a crown race and a striker fork, it seems as though it is impossible to put the crown race on, i have tried hammering gently with a flat head and hammer and next a clamp on top of crown race and sliding that down as hard as I can and also putting the scooter together holding the deck in the air and stomping on it with my foot to make the headtube put crown race on.

So basically, I have tried everything!!! possible, and I really want to ride my scooter badly

So if anyone knows how to put a crown race on properly without professional tools, that would be great

noooooo, it doesnt just slide on, its metal, its an FSA Orbit Equip thingy

I've owned a striker AND a senior, and i've gotten multiple crown races put on and off of each.

I personally just use a hammer.

take it to a bike shop or file the lil thing on the bottom down, thats wat i did

yeah definately just take it to a bike shop, unless you have a race punch. They are such a bitch to get on...
