The beta was so messed up, the hitboxes weren't working, the guns had horrible aim, and the tracer rounds were completely off where the bullets actually went. Hopefully they fixed that for the actual release. 1.6 is still better, though. Also, Source based FPSs are better than any other FPS. Except maybe Arma or Red Orchestra.

I haven't got to try it on PC yet, but I played the trial on Xbox earlier today. It was fun, but the idea of CS on consoles is just weird to me. Trying to shoot with a controller without aim assist is funky. Probably a better experience on PC though. Do any of you guys still play CS:S?

See I suck at keyboards and mouse ( I play on PS3 ) and I love the lack of aim assist, boost the sensitivity up and bam, I went 23-13 earlier, so fun

as a diehard counterstrike fan (i own every cs minus GO) it does feel a bit weird playing it on a console, but its not to bad

I have 1.6, Condition Zero, Condition Zero Deleted Scenes, CSS, and I had the beta for CS:GO. I also play for ESEA occasionally. I'll be getting CS:GO eventually.
