Soon we'll make our first video
It's just gonna be a 3 to 5 minute montage (1 song long) like ye olde TSG vids
because of that we will only need a few clips from each member
I know me and ozzy have l o a d s of unreleased clips, so if somebody cant get many it doesn't matter.
Theres no deadlines or anything I'll just make the vid when I get enough clips

Rules!!! (you know these already, but in case you've forgotten)
- no super sketchy tricks, landing sideways, putting your foot down etc.
- 4:3 aspect ratio would be nice, but if you have no idea what that is don't worry I can sort it out whilst editing
- original, a whole video of flyout is gay
- DO NOT send me edited or slow moed clips or anything, I'll do all that
- FILMING, make it good: nice colours (play around with the manual settings on your cam, whitebalance, shutterspeed, apature etc.)
- No shitty quality, no camera phones, try and be a little artistic / creative with it
- NO nasty looking, dull, blurry crap
- Always check for shit on your lens
- I HATE VIG, keep it to a minimum please
- If your gonna use a fisheye, get up close, otherwise go long lens

that is all
just remember, don't feel pressurized to get clips, we have plenty, it's just a matter of who wants to be in vid and if your busy with something, yah
HOWEVER, I would say a minimum of 1 clip per person

i just need damn fucking forks...and a days riding practise since i havent rode in so long then il be trying shit and get footage.

I kinda guessed that no one would want to watch a 40 minute long video of us guys lol
also I cba to edit a 40 minute video
8 5minute long videos > 1 40minute long vid
imo anyway

edit: after watching one of ozzys clips i remembered

NO MURKY CRAPPY COLOURED BLURRY VIDS
if you've got a camcorder, find the manual settings, play around with white balance, apature, shutterspeed etc.
also, if the day is really nice n sunny, film clips, good lighting helps alot

this is just a preference, you can send me regular clips, but if it's a trick you can film again try and get good colours & lighting, make it look nice

yeah but, there were like 4 people in the last CS vid
there are now 8 people
I cba to make 8 minivids lol

good quality would be nice, but don't make it ridiculous like 44mb (ozzy!)
DO NOT SEND ME .AVI's they are stupidly large files

Ill try and get some new stuff on film for you graham this half term, im set for summer though, Proboly getting a gs320 or a lower model at the start of the summer hols :D

I SAID MINIMUM ONE CLIP, edit: I even made it bold in my first post so noone would get confused lol
I know me, ozzy and tom have a lot of clips in already, and theres still loads of space to fill up
5minute song = 300 seconds
300 seconds divided by 7 people, thats about 45 seconds of footy each or something like that. 1 clip of one trick (not a run or a line) is like 5 seconds or something around that, so thats about 9 clips each if we all did single tricks. Some clips are less than 5 seconds eg. toms table or ozzy dub finger, which are only like 3 seconds long. It all depends on what clips they get, if someone gives me a 1 and a half minute long clip then they arent gonna have 10 clips in the video overall, alternativly, if someone gave me a 3 second clip then they're gonna need some more if they really want to be part of the vid.
If it's really necessary to get loads of clips in we can just do two songs, it's not hard, it just depends how much footy we get.
I've ranted enough for today now

it was a well good rant
also, the minimum one clip is so people like Chad - who doesn't have a fork - and Andy - who can't walk - don't think "OH NOES I GOTTA GET CLIPS FOR CS VIDEO OTHERWISE GRAHAM WILL TURN INTO THE HULK AND ATTACK ME!!!"
