Epic in Birmingham
Adrenaline Alley in Corby
The Boardroom in Leicester (lets scooters in now i think)

And theres some outdoor ones like
Bottesford obviously
Radcliffe
Melton (metal park)
Keyworth (little crappy concrete park)
etc.
