yeah you can, but a while ago they sold bars like that

you CANT build bars with that unless you taper the steertube to 1 1/8" at the top.
Also to the OP what the hell is up with your crossbar?

dude aiden change the size of your sig its way to big

that is the only thing thats not on my bars i thought that was weird too.

Some companies used to make bike bars like that. Its prety much a removable crossbar.
