and im surprised those metal cores are still good

NOOOO, rob... i'll keep braking, haha you should have made the way i told you, well at least this one is way stronger, but i still think its not the strongest...

lol, unfortunatly you told me that like 2 days after i already handed it in to the welders. so there wasnt much i can do, but just underneath the necktube there are little plates helping keep it down, im pretty confident it won't go anywhere, unlike before where it only need to rip off 3mm channel aluminium in order to seperate itself, it is now secured to 4m channel aluminium and 2 hefty box sections, wich i doubt it will snap them clean of.
if i'm honest though i probably wont be using the dual necktube design again.

i can tell you this from experience. the headtube will rip off. you need to have a support [like what andrew did] going to the neck to the headtube. but i love your designe. and i might use part of your consept ;]

sweet design rob looks awesome and strong, but im not sure if hang 5's (if you put you foot on the folding mech) would like feel awkward because your foot would be like its in the middle of the two bars
Even with that I dont think that adjusting to hang 5's would hold me back though from riding that thing
