A local skate shop wanted to start carrying there parts and for the longest we emailed them and faxed them and they said there fax didn't work so they sent an email *which we never recieved* so the owner just quit.... Ive worked hard on changing how scooters were precieved in my town and to get this crap really just damped that BIG TIME. The owner of the skateshop went from hating on scooters to about to start stocking scooter parts in a HIGHLY respected * they also build skate park ramps and probably built one near you* skate shop. All that work down....... Gahhhh

Yeah, back in like '07 when i was the first one at our local to get one piece bars, I ordered baby SlaYers non-SCS compatible, and they sent me ones for scs. I woulda been happy, but they were 2 inches too short and had a slit in them. I called and emailed them several times, only to realize they weren't going to fix my order.
we're really. really. really busy and have alot going on at the moment. we just shipped out a shit ton of grippers so go buy them.

I really wanna know if someone is actually going to do something about this. My front wheel is about to fully donut dehub and I don't have money for new ones. bump.
honestly since you guys have so much problems with customer service you should hire a homie to work just for customer service problems and shit. that way people wont be afraid that they arent going to get their warranty and they will but more proto parts. and i know this would make your company thrive much better if you accually did this and wanted to be taken more seriously
