Cut bolt on my Proto Knuckles.

Alright, so I just got Proto knuckles. I got it used. one of the bolts is stuck. its cut and its not in far enough to make a notch in it to use a flat head to get it out. There is a little bit of bolt on the inside of the clamp but that's it. Is there any way I can get It out without drilling it?

And before you say "There is already a thread sticky-ed on this."
I've already looked at it.

get really skinny plier or tweezers and go in the slit and grab the bit of bolt and twist it until it pokes it out then do the same method but on the outside where the bolt now sticks out

superglue a skinny screwdriver to the reminants of the bolt and twist out, be careful not to get it on the threads.
