I've never had a pair of cutoffs, but I can see them being useful if you rip a pair of jeans pretty bad and don't want to throw em out. At that point, it's just about saving money. That's not being gay, it's being thrifty and resourceful.

i have a pair that were ripped so i cut them, also i dont wear skinny jean theyre just slim, it looks bette rthan basketball shorts
but ive always hated skinny jeans and skinny jean cutoffs
