Cutting down Bars.

Hey guys,

I have seasond broot bars and i want to cut down the height of them.
I ride stock razor pro/Blade fork and yeh
If i can them is there anything i need to do? like make a slit at the bottom or something? im thinking i dont need to make a slit because it will fit but i just want to make sure....

Cut em with a hacksaw.
And use the hacksaw too cut two slits in the bars.

yea you could use a electric saw to make it faster though

i only cut one slit in my ones

2slits on either side opposite each other,
Otherwise it cant compress completly, the presure from the clamp is uneven.

yeah and make the slits like an 1/8 of and inch wide .

i done it and the slits are just TINY AS and like as wide as the blade i used to cut it.
and the sllits go bigger then the clamp but atm there fine ill make them bigger thisweek tho

! slit will do, i had seasons for 100 weeks then tey snapped at the 2 slits
