Cutting Phoenix IHIC?

Hey I'm trading my Mutts Snarl bars for IHIC Phoenix bars with my friend.
And I was wondering if I was to cut the clamp off the bars are they the same diameter as normal oversized bars and would they fit in my Proto SCS?

Yeah they willl be fine. I done the same thing to my French Id Steel Tree bars

UH.. im not sure on that ive think but im not positive but i think diameter is a little bigger so you have to use their clamp. id search it.

And no you cant because they are thicker than normal bars. The OD is 1.5 inches while normal oversize bars are 1.375.
