D70s grain?

I have the ISO at 200 but no matter what when I use a flash (sb600) it has a lot of grain and doesn't look good at all.

Well I ran out of trial for CS3. What else can I use for RAW files?

nikons are actually known for good noise reduction so i dont know whats up with yours

i just read about something on nikons like the gain you can turn the low gain and high gain up or down or something i really dont know but see if thats in your menu because that affects noise

Gain is the same thing as ISO. Nikon cameras have terrible high ISOs, except for the newer cameras like the D90, D3, D3x
