The D90 is basically the D80, just 2 more megapixels, and it has filming capabilities.
It films in 1080p quality, which is quite high, HD in fact.
The lens it comes with is really nice too, fast, and a good size.
I'd reccomend the camera if you're looking for something to take good photos on, and film, if you have the money.

I can buy here D80 for 500 and d90 750.
I would buy D80 with 18-135 lens.I actualy buying for because i dont want d40 anymore.

I'd say if you don't have a video camera and wanna film a lot then D90, but otherwise D80 seems like the way to go.

Unless you're shooting astrophotography, you don't need anything over about 800iso tbh.
And my 3 fp/s on the d80 does the job really.

D80 is still really good though
