Damn Bearings

Right, try as i may i cannot get my bearings out of my ES Codie wheel, anyone got any tips to help?

put an allen key inside, find a hole or summat u can put the wheel on top of (so the bearing can fall out) or put it in a vice, and smack the shitt out of it wiv a hammer

6mm allen key, hammer, and a spare headset cups. works wonders
