Death

i'm really not scared to die, at all. i think thinking about it too much will just make your life suck more and you'll get stressed about it for no reason, everybody is heading there. live your best life and be a good person. i know what will happen to me after i die and it makes me so happy to know that. and because of that, i am not scared to die.

if thinking about death makes you happy, you're literally insane. but it shouldnt make you depressed either. we are just little biological creatures on a piece of dust in space, we didnt have to exist, but the right circumstances led us to do so, and therefore we should be content with the amount of time we have, but we shouldnt be looking forward to when that time is up. no one knows what happens when you die, even if you think you do, you don't. stepping into the unknown with no way back should not be a pleasant thought or a terrifying one. there are an infinite number of dna combinations that will never exist, just be happy that yours does, and don't worry about what will happen when it doesnt.

Just think of life as a video game for the ps2 and normal xbox, you played it for a while, had fun, you beat it, then eventually playing the same missions you already beat over and over got boring.. imagine playing those missions over and over for eternity, death doesnt seam as bad when you think about it that way.

hahaha me too, except i was like 111-13.

but now, trying to think back on when I used to be scared of death, I can't think of why I was.

I know for damn sure I'm not looking forward to it. I just don't care anymore.
I die, you die, we all die eventually, why be bothered by it.

I'm more worried about family members or really good friends dying. That shit would hurt.

i think that being dead would be similar to being asleep like when im asleep i dont see black i dont see anything it is nothing i dont know if this is because i am a deep sleeper or if it is like that for other people too i just think it could be a bit like that

Yeah you know how sometimes when you sleep you just wake up instantly with no dream and you think it's been like 5 seconds but it was really 10 hours?

That's what I imagine death to be like, except I don't know what happens when you wake up.

non existence is just nothing. no waking up, going to sleep, just nothing, you wont care because your consciousness wont exist. you will never know you're dead, because you need consciousness to know you're dead which you wont have. its basically falling asleep and not waking up.
well, as far as we know, which we don't, thats just the most logical answer. anyone who claims to know what happens after death is delusional. ill deal with it when i get there, but chances are there will be nothing to deal with

which is why instead of thinking about it making myself all depressed, or holding on to some fairy tale because of some irrational fear, i just don't think about it anymore. right now you're alive which is all that matters. just keep it that way for as long as you can.

What if when you were dead, it was just like when you're asleep, and you had a dream, and that dream was of someones life. So basically life is just someone dead dreaming. That'd be pretty epic.

I think if there is anything other than non existence after death, either some form of energy we havent discovered goes into the earth , orrrrrrr we live our lives over and over, kinda like an endless cycle.
i wouldnt mind it being the second one at all, up until now my life has been fuckedddd but now that its getting better im looking forward to the future.

one that i thought about when i was like 7, is that when i die, ill wake up in some research lab from some alien world, and my entire life was just a research experiment, and im actually a completely different being. but then that life would have to have an end too. inception kinda thing.

I'm not excited to die, I'm just not scared of it. And what makes me happy is not death, it's that I know what will happen after death, it gives me comfort.

no, you do not know, there is no evidence for any form of afterlife or lack of, we know absolutely NOTHING about what happens after death.

Death is the final frontier. We literally know nothing about what happens to our consciousness when we're dead. I look forward to finding out. And if it's nothing then I won't have anything to care with.

sometimes i get scared of dying, but only dying in a very painful way, but then i realize that i will not have to deal with the pain much longer because then i will die and won't be able to feel pain anymore. i am not scared of death in any way, i'm only scared of almost dying, and having to deal with the pain instead of dying.
