1:roll up to the ramp with reasonable ammount of speed
2: once your get to the lip of the ramp, life your feet from the deck
3: once your feet are off of the deck, you want to spin your self as you would when your doing a 360
4: once you get the rotation down and a full 360 around the deck, practice on catching it.
(i recommend learning downside whips first, it helps you get the motion of spinning your body over your deck)
