Decent Scooter Under for $150 or Under

Hey there, my friend has recently tried getting into scootering, but since his money situation is pretty tight at the moment he only has $150 to spend of a scooter. My friend sent me this scooter that he is considering getting, should he just get this one?

i reckon he should get a Razor Ultra Pro from the same website, which is like $69.

Its better quality than the Grit, and he'd still have money to upgrade some parts such as the Grips, Wheels and Griptape.

Basically saying, the Ultra Pro is more convenient to get, especially for a beginner like him.

you could try buying a scooter of this site or craigslist. just don't get ripped off

There's also dsa or dominator completes. They have really good specs for the price, and you can get them off several sites. Plus you don't really need to upgrade anything. Hope it helps.
