Decent Video Camera?

and it uses some flash micro-drive that compresses to mpeg-2, which kinda sucks

so i'd just get a panasonic gs whatever, like a gs500. it's just as good, plus it records to a tape

if your gonna get a standard-def cam, get one that records to mini-dv tape

Get the GS320 i think, its not that much of a step down for the 500 and its still 3ccd

the GS80 is good and cheap, you can set shutter speed, white balence, and other stuff and its only like 275 bucks, then you can get a good fisheye for it

If you want value for money get the Panasonic gs 180 theyre about Ã?Æ?Ã?â??Ã?¢ââ??¬Ã?¡Ã?Æ?ââ?¬Å¡Ã?â??Ã?£270
320 and 500 have better quality n stuff though

Next year a VX will probably be dirt cheap. You'll probably be able to get a FX1 for the price of a VX2100, if you can deal with the hd codec poop and 1080i
