deck/headset/fork/wheel compatibility...help!

so im investing in some new scooter parts and i want to know if a tsi or phoenix deck (does not matter which one) is compatible with any headset and some razor ultra pro forks.

also, are razor ultra pro forks compatible with 110 mm wheels?

ultra pro forks dont fit 110 unless u grid them down and all stock parts fit tsi and phoenix
oh and get a phoenix there better and order it quick before someeone says tsi is better
and changes your mind

nothing makes it special, you shouldnt have to ask on approval of other people of what deck to get
