Hey I am currently riding a envy deck and its gettin old so im gonna get a new deck. I was looking at getting a artifact. Looks good but the only thing im concerned with is the price. Will it snap? Let me knwo what ya think should I get the artifact or save up more.

Its a plunged headtube deck like your envy but with an extra edge coming off the neck attaching it to the main rails of the deck like an addict/district (99% sure on this). By all means headtube connection should be stronger than an envy. The deck is pretty much the lindworm extrusion and they dont break easily. All manufacturing facts aside they haven't been out for long enough for any real reviews from anyone but the price and weight is right so it would be worth giving a go.

My friend's one cracked on the weld between the neck and the headtube, and he's had it for a month. The place where they join is a pretty thin edge, so the impact is not well distributed, the similar situation as it was with Blunt Ace of Spades v1, if the triangle was upward they wouln't break that easily. So Artefact seems to be prone to cracking there

I cracked my envy today so decided im gonna go with a thresh. It seems like a better investment to get a good strong sick deck
