Deck/Rear Axle help

Could someone post up a Pic of a TSI deck rear Axle set up? This weekend I had to remove a screwed up rear Axle on a kid's deck. Who ever "fixed" it before pretty much destroyed it by putting a Lock washer in there as a spacer:eek:

The Lock washer just chewed up the bearing on the wheel as well as ate in to the Axle. I'm surprised it rolled at all.

Anyhoo, there was a bearing spacer

but I looked at a District deck and they use these as Spacers on their decks. Do the TSI deck use this same set up?

The Hole for the Axle is no where near round anymore :0 so I thought of using one the bearing spacers as an Axle spacer since it already has a flange on it and would sit in the new hole I drill out.

This is the Deck style

Thanks

if you drill a new hole, the wouldn't bolt wouldn't go through the bearing, i'd just use a washer on the outside of deck, bolt goes through spacers and bearings, then washer on the other side to keep it round? if not, drill a hole bigger, then weld an 8mm ring in it so it fits everything, just a suggestion though
