hahahahahahhahhahaha that was the funnyiest shit i have ever heard man haha.Sal said:just because the wheels dehubbed doesnt mean that they are horrible wheels. it is the first batch and he is going to fix all the flaws that the wheels had.. a good wheel isnt going to magically pop out of his asss.. give it time. he said that he will make the best wheels and he is a man to his word.
protos are the shizz. fck eagle. xD
The amount of time it would take to re-prep all the cores I would never even break even plus some of the cores I have gotten back are pretty jacked from people trying to pull the urethane off and just wrecking the wheel. Despite all this I will still probably reuse as many cores as I am able to and sell them as discounted blem wheels just to try and recover a little money from this ordeal. Also, for people who sent wheels back did you even read the requirements??? Someone sent back a pair of wheels, one was dehubbed and one was perfect. Generally the "defective" wheels from the batch are pressing off around #lbs. yet one of this persons wheels pressed off at 4x#lbs. When it says not to send them back until they are fully unrideable it means not to send them back until they are fully unrideable. Congratulations on sending back a perfect wheel. On a better note, we have been testing A LOT of stuff for the last 6 weeks. Some tests totally failed and some are doing amazing. We have some wheels that we can't even press off up to 5x#lbs so obviously we are going with that for the next batch. I have riders testing some other stuff right now and should have full results back within about 2 weeks then we'll run the next batch which should be ready by the end of March. Sorry to everyone who got bad wheels and has to sit around waiting but the next batch will be solid. For those of you who got good wheels from the first batch I'm glad you like them but the next batch will be even better. Just a heads up, they will not be black anymore because I am skeptical of the pigment compound so they will probably be white to eliminate any resemblance to the first batch. For anyone who had problems after the deadline, just keep your wheels for now. I am going to still try and replace as many as I can.R.o.b said:ANDREW i have an idea, maybe people could send them back and you could re-urethane them for less than the cost of the full wheel?
me too, i keep tokyo drifting thoughTommy Napolitan said:im happy my protos were good, havent had a problem with em yet
then a you ether can't read or b your just an inbreed thats retarded andrew was just saying hold your fully unridable wheels and next batch he will go on and try to replace them.....Nate Grant said:i don't see andrew replacing dehubbed wheels either
when he found them they were the roller ski kind wernt they?Brian Boston said:Most of you Eagle lovers are stupid. When Greg first found Eagles people were getting them and dehubbing them. So Andrew had a bad batch, big deal. I don't see Eagle replacing wheels you dehubbed.
Dude seriously I told you what to do to get your wheels replaced before the deadline and it was posted on the home page for like 2 months. YOU chose not to mail them in NOT me so stop playing dumb. It would have also helped if you read the entire thread before posting:Nate Grant said:i don't see andrew replacing dehubbed wheels either
